Bedfordshire Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board

BLMK works alongside councils and draws on the expertise of others such as local charities and community groups, to improve wellbeing and health, including tackling social isolation and reducing health harming behaviours.

There is a focus on: housing and growth, education, poverty and prosperity, and reducing the carbon footprint.BLMK believe in delivering holistic care based upon population health management approaches. With the merger of Bedford and Luton Hospitals they intend to create more efficient and resilient secondary care.

Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board

Hertfordshire and West Essex is home to some of the healthiest and long-lived people in country, but there remain unacceptable differences in the health, wellbeing and life expectancy of residents. The Integrated Care Board will oversee transformation of health and care services - an important step on the journey to improving the health and wellbeing for everyone in the area. A comprehensive shared action plan will deliver measurable improvements to health and care over the next five years.

Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board

This is a partnership of the all the NHS organisations and councils that are responsible for health and wellbeing for mid and South Essex; together with the three Healthwatch's for the area.

The partnership covers the boroughs and districts of Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle Point, City of Chelmsford, Maldon, Rochford, Southend-on-sea and Thurrock.
