Our Vision

Transforming cancer services to deliver better outcomes for patients in the East of England

Our Working and Network Groups

Our Working and Network Groups provide clinical leadership, advice and oversight into the Cancer Clinical Advisory Board.

They ensure the views and experiences of clinical professionals inform all aspects of the Cancer Alliance work programme, taking a special interest in improving quality, safety, equity, value, outcomes and patient experience by driving innovation and improvement.

The PRIMARY CARE GROUP represent the views and opinions of GP's across the East of England, ensuring Cancer diagnostic provision and treatment are prioritised in that sector.

The LEAD CANCER NURSE group brings together the senior Cancer Nurses from the 18 East of England Hospital Trusts to share learning and promote service improvement.

Our NETWORK CANCER GROUPS are tumour site specific clinical forums, providing expert scrutiny of Patient Care and Pathways across local footprints.

NCG's are established in three regions within the East of England Cancer Alliance -

- ANGLIA covering Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk

- ESSEX covering that county

- BEDS & HERTS covering those counties.
